Having consulted numerous Fortune Global 500 companies as a researcher for over 17 years, his skill set leverages a very strong business sense with analytical strength and deep knowledge of developments in the digital space. Venkatakrishnan has also spent over 4 years working in Jakarta and hence has first-hand knowledge of the market.

Kath Greenhough has been with Skillsoft since 1995, originally starting in the Customer Success organisation. During her tenure leading that organisation in APAC, she was instrumental in transforming the teams' direction in readiness to embrace the ground-breaking Percipio as the Learning Experience Platform of choice among customers. Underpinning this, the strategy to harness the power of technology to enable skills and performance improvement remained the ultimate outcome for customers.
Currently, Kath is the Vice President Asia Pacific (Acting); and New Zealand Country Manager. This realises her passion for helping New Zealand and APAC organisations improve the performance of their people, unleashing their edge, and building the skills of tomorrow with the workforce of today.

Katie Ewer
With 17 years experience in branding, and 9 of those in Asia, Katie is a writer and creative strategist at jones knowles ritchie in Singapore. Katie grew up in Africa but began her career in branding in London. She spent 6 years at jkr in London leading relationships with clients before moving to Asia. After 6 years with retail consultancy Fitch as Strategy Director, she rejoined jkr and co-founded the Singapore studio.
Kaushal Bhalotia
Kaushal is Head of Online Marketing with Zalora regionally. His career in the internet space began with building an award-winning travel mobile-app start-up, and then he headed new product development and online marketing for 123Greetings.com. He is an MBA from the Indian School of Business, winning the Young Leader Award there, and a dean’s list graduate in Business from Singapore Management University.

Kavan Mukhtyar is a Partner at Frost & Sullivan and heads the Asia-Pacific Automotive & Transportation Practice. He has directed and managed several strategic consulting engagements across Asia-Pacific Automotive & Transportation markets. Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, Mr. Mukhtyar worked at a leading automotive component company.
