Mike Samson is the co-founder of crowdSPRING. An enthusiastic entrepreneur and active speaker, Mike is a leading voice on crowdsourcing, industry disruption, startups, and small business issues and writes a regular column on the crowdSPRING blog. Prior to starting crowdSPRING, Samson was an Emmy Award® nominated Producer, and Production Manager with more than 20 years of experience as a senior manager in the film and television production industry. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
Miles Gooseman
Miles Gooseman's professional experience in the financial industry spans over 13 years. The experiential knowledge that he has garnered as an independent financial consultant specialises in wealth management, tax planning and providing comprehensive report based advice.
Miles is Financial Consultant at the Fry Group Singapore, a holistic financial planning service that has been in practise for 117 years. Furthermore, he conducts client seminars and events covering topical subjects that may be of his clients` interest in Singapore.
In 2014, he was awarded the British Chambers of Commerce Young Professional of the Year title at the 15th Annual Business awards. He has also been recognised Singapore's #1 Expatriate Financial Advisor for two consecutive years.
In addition to this, Miles was elected Co-Chairman of the Entrepreneur & Small Business Committee through the British Chamber of Commerce.
Minhaj Zia
Minhaj is responsible for leading Polycom's growth and revenue share in the region, and driving new opportunities in the company's key South Asian markets. Minhaj also took on the role in 2016 to lead growth and expansion plans as Vice President for Polycom in South East Asia. Based in Singapore, he will focus on accelerating growth for the SEA region.
Mohamed Nasser Ismail
Mohamed Nasser Ismail is Senior Vice President and Head of SME Development & Listing at SGX. He previously held other roles within SGX including the Head of Issuer Regulations. Prior to joining SGX in 2005, Mr Nasser was State Counsel with the Attorney General’s Chambers. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Upper Division) from National University of Singapore in 1998.
Mohit Agrawal
Mohit is CEO of Tuzo, a company that helps retailers leverage technology to increase sales and conversions. Tuzo platform uses the self-learning power of Artificial Intelligence to enable retailers provide a personalised experience for their online and walk-in shoppers. He is leading the sales and marketing efforts to expand the company in South East Asia.
Mohit has vast experience in Strategy, Go-to-Market (GTM) & Marketing and has worked with PwC, Accenture, Microsoft and Nokia in the past before embarking on the entrepreneurial journey at Tuzo . He has worked across geographies and has lead teams at the global, regional and country level.

With 18 years of business, management and technology experience under his belt, Murali’s expertise lies in building and managing businesses, their optimization and establishing strategic business partnerships. Murali joined Salesforce in 2005 from Hewlett-Packard.
Murali holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, and has an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Naina Subberwal Batra
Naina Subberwal Batra joined AVPN as our CEO from September 2013, and has been appointed as Chairperson in May 2018. Naina’s leadership over the past 6 years has grown the AVPN membership by more than 4x and elevated the organisation into a truly regional force for good. Under her direction, the organisation has grown from focusing only on Venture Philanthropy to supporting the entire ecosystem of Social Funders from philanthropists to impact investors and Corporate CSR professionals. She was instrumental in developing AVPN’s innovative services that connect, empower and educate the now 600+ members of AVPN. In 2019, Naina was awarded one of Asia's Top Sustainability Superwomen.
She has a master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University where she graduated at the top of her class. She also holds a bachelor degree in Economics and International Relations from Mount Holyoke College, Massachusetts, USA and a General Course Diploma in economics from The London School of Economics.

Namita Sethi, CPA, is the CEO at Futurebooks. A Certified Practicing Accountant from CPA Australia (License 9607781), Namita has over 13 years of experience in finance and accounting in both Australia and Singapore, across multi-national Chartered Accounting firms helping small businesses establish and grow through funding rounds and acquisitions.
