Narinder Kapoor
Narinder Kapoor is Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Asia Pacific.
On November 1, 2017, Narinder was appointed the region sales leader at HPE.
Narinder has more than 30 years of experience in general management and finance and has held several senior executive positions. He had earned for himself the reputation for turning businesses around and driving growth.
Prior to this, Narinder was the regional vice president and general manager for HPE Pointnext Asia Pacific and Japan. It was one of the most successful services teams across HPE.
Before that, Narinder was the vice president and managing director for HPE Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong for four years growing the enterprise business to become one of the largest sub-regions in HPE.
His career with HPE started when he joined Compaq as a finance director in 2000 for Southeast Asia. Since then he has done multiple roles like, managing director for Philippines, general manager for enterprise server and storage for Southeast Asia.
Narinder started his career with Goetze India in the manufacturing sector. Subsequently, as regional finance director with Bobst (Southeast Asia), he played a key role in setting up operations in Indonesia and Brunei for Oracle Systems (Southeast Asia) and as financial analyst in IBM Singapore.
Narinder holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class) from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. He also graduated with first class honors in Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and in Cost Accountancy from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

He has an excellent insurance business domain, architecture, design, and implementation skills in various life insurance administration as well as producer management & compensation systems.
Prior to this, Neeraj was part of Big 4 Consulting firms like PwC & Deloitte where he led digital transformation programs and strategic consulting initiatives across the Life, Annuities, and Property & Casualty Insurance space.
He holds a master’s degree in insurance & risk management from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) and the designations of ALMI (LOMA), Fellow of Risk Management Association of India (RMAI) and President Select Member (Leadership Excellence at Harvard Square).
Neeraj Sundarajoo
Neeraj Sundarajoo is the Co-founder & CEO of Singapore- headquartered Zeemart (www.zeemart.asia), a free procurement platform for F&B businesses. The Zeemart platform brings greater supply chain efficiency and cost savings to F&B operators. The company currently has operations in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Zeemart has been selected as one of Singapore Business Review’s 20 Hottest Startups for 2019.
Immediately prior to starting Zeemart, Raj was the Group Managing Director of Wunderman (a WPP company), after his first entrepreneurial venture Comwerks had been acquired by WPP. Raj is a winner of the SICCI Entrepreneur of the Year Award as well as the ASME Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He has also featured in the ‘Young Turks’ programme on CNBC featuring promising young entrepreneurs in Asia.
Neeta Lachmandas
Neeta Lachmandas assumed the position of Executive Director at Singapore Management University's Institute of Service Excellence (SMU-ISE) in October 2015. In her current capacity, she leads the Institute in driving forward its mission to raise service levels in Singapore through three key areas of focus: benchmarking and comparative analysis using customer satisfaction data analytics, research and though leadership, and industry engagement.
Prior to her ISE appointment, Neeta was Assistant Chief Executive, Business Development Group, at the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). Neeta has 20 years of working experience in the areas of marketing, communications, account management and business development, in companies such as Leo Burnett (S) Pte Ltd, Northwest Airlines Inc. and the Media Corporation of Singapore.
Throughout this time, Neeta had been responsible for profile building, business development, identifying and targeting new clients, brand management, advertising and client communication, public relations, event management and putting into place loyalty and CRM strategies.
Neeta graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelors of Law degree (LLB) hons.
