Singapore ranks 11th in Top 100 City Destinations for 2023
It is the top city destination in Southeast Asia.
Singapore secured the 11th spot in Euromonitor International’s Top 100 City Destinations for 2023, ranking first amongst Southeast Asian cities.
According to Euromonitor, the ranking is based on 55 metrics across six key pillars that determine the overall city attractiveness score. These pillars include economic and business performance, tourism performance, tourism infrastructure, tourism policy and attractiveness, health and safety and sustainability.

Singapore is the best performer in Southeast Asia due to its exemplary performance in tourism policy and attractiveness and health and safety pillars.
Asian markets “saw strong representation” in the Top 20 with Tokyo (4th), Seoul (14th), Osaka (16th), and Hong Kong (17th), making it to the list.
The strong rebound following the pandemic and the reopening of the Greater China region contributed to the substantial influx of tourists in the leading Asian cities.
The Top Three cities were Paris, Dubai and Madrid.
