Electronics firm Ricoh's digital workplace facility goes live

It features digital workplace consultation, planning and implementation.

Office electronics firm Ricoh Singapore has launched its digital workplace facility located at Mapletree Business City, according to a press release.

Called Workplace of the Future, the transformed facility is a live office environment that showcases its value proposition. It offers digital workplace consultation, planning and implementation.

The services make use of the cloud, automated business processes, a meeting room solution and unified communications systems equipped with interactive whiteboards.

Ricoh said that they have saved 25% space whilst providing three times more common space to all staff since the transformation of the office. It has also reduced its office cost by 10%.
