How Hi-P will benefit from Apple's new iPhone launch

According to OSK, there are high expectations on Apple’s new iPhone launch. Apple will be presenting its keynote at its headquarters in Cupertino, California on Tuesday.

Investors have taken bullish positions in both its share and options, holding high hopes for the IT giant to unleash some of its old magic as it takes the wrap off its latest iPhone.

Apple is expected to reveal 2 products: an updated iPhone model, as well as an entry-level model.

Additionally, investors are expecting Apple to announce its penetration in the world’s largest wireless carrierChina Mobile Ltd, which has over 740m users.

Apple’s counter closed at USD506.2 yesterday, rebounded 29% from its low in June this year. As such, we see Apple’s Singapore casing component supplier and contract manufacturer - Hi-P’s share price to benefit from this sentiment.
