Singapore and the US have signed an agreement that will strengthen their cooperation in cybersecurity.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed during the visit of US Vice President Kamala Harris over the weekend.
The agreement is expected to institutionalise cyber cooperation between the two defense establishments.

Singapore and the US have agreed to collaborate in taking action towards addressing the climate crisis and pushing for environmental governance and sustainable development amongst others.
The partnership is expected to “create opportunities for businesses and workers,” the Ministry of Trade and Industry said.
Talks on partnering on climate action were held during the visit of US Vice President Kamala Harris.

Travel agencies in Singapore expect that they will receive more inquiries on travellers looking to fly to Germany.
This comes after the Singapore government announced the travel lane with Germany that allows vaccinated travellers to do away with the quarantine requirement.
Agencies are also now planning to improve their packages in travelling to Germany.
