EnterpriseSG, IMDA launch first GenAI Sandbox for SMEs
The parties will add 13 new programmes to the Sandbox in February.
EnterpriseSG and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) launched a GenAI Sandbox for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The Sandbox will support about 300 SMEs from various sectors, including retail, F&B, education, and hospitality, to elevate their marketing, sales and customer engagement efforts.
Solutions in the marketing and sales category will help SMEs create unique content to shorten their marketing process and harness GenAI capabilities to develop engaging content.
For the customer engagement category, the solutions will help SMEs connect with customers using GenAI-powered chatbots for better access to information, reducing manpower, and optimising efficiency.
EnterpriseSG and IMDA have identified 13 GenAI solutions to be onboarded progressively to the Sandbox by the end of February.
All local SMEs can apply to participate in the Sandbox. Application is open until May 2024 or if the maximum capacity for the Sandbox has been reached.
