Everise launches plans for a digital innovation hub in Singapore
The hub is slated to bring in an estimated 700 jobs in Malaysia, Japan, and Singapore.
Everise announced their plans for a Digital CX Innovation Center in Singapore which is slated to bring a total of 700 jobs in Malaysia, Japan, and Singapore.
This comes after the company’s previous partnership with Malaysia and Japan was exited on 26 August. The company, then, took this opportunity to drive the business itself.
Everise' founder and CEO, Sudhir Agarwal, spoke about how the Asian market provided an opportunity for expansion.
“Over the past three years, we have seen the opportunity to expand our services in Asia. Companies that are rapidly growing and new market entrants have demand to deliver innovative, multilingual brand experiences. We also intend to open a first-of-its-kind centre for innovation for our regional clients in Singapore in the last quarter of 2021.”
300 native Asian language speakers in Kuala Lumpur and Japan have been recruited by Everise, with the number cited to grow to 600 by the end of the year. 100 Singaporeans, meanwhile, are planned to be hired by the end of 2021, with the number slated to grow to 400 for next year.
