Here’s why other Gen Zs steer clear from metaverse

Gen Zs are also considered as the Metaverse generation as the majority of them are composed of the platform's users worldwide. But, a study from Yahoo, showed that some Gen Zs are not using the platform due to some barriers.
Study showed that the generation is having a concern on high costs. Followed by privacy issues and feeling insecure about others.
The Singapore Metaverse generation considers gaming as an important aspect for the metaverse.
Findings showed that 54% of Millennials and 53% of Gen Z in Singapore have already experienced virtual gaming and played immersive open-world video games, such as Minecraft, Roblox, Sandbox, and Fortnite.
The survey polled over 15,000 consumers aged 13-65, with at least 1,000 samples per market, across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
