IMDA introduces new digital solutions for retail and security sectors
Around 100 SMEs will benefit from the pilot run of the solutions.
The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) has introduced two new solution categories under the Advanced Digital Solutions (ADS) scheme for the retail and security industries.
Omnichannel Retail Management (OCRM) and Integrated Security Management (ISM) are sector-specific integrated solutions designed to help SMEs unify various business functions, enabling seamless information flow and facilitating data analytics and insights.
The pilot program will run for one year and equip 100 SMEs with advanced digital solutions to enhance their digital capabilities, drive transformation, and foster business resilience for growth in a digital economy.
IMDA will assess the solutions for SME adoption suitability before scaling them up with support like the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG). Once IMDA pre-approves successfully piloted solutions, more SMEs will benefit from them.
