Singapore and Rwanda launch AI playbook for small states
The playbook covers challenges and strategies in AI adoption.
Singapore and Rwanda launched the AI Playbook for Small States, covering best practices from members of the Digital Forum of Small States (Digital FOSS) on implementing AI strategies and policies in their countries.
It also discusses common challenges in AI adoption, including the availability of resources and funding, access to data and AI talent, and the development of AI governance policies and frameworks.
The playbook was developed by Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Rwanda’s Ministry of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Innovation.
