Armarda Group appoints Mak Tin Sang as executive director

Karen Chu Yin Ling will replace him as the company's CFO and company secretary.

The Board of Armarda Group announced the appointment of Mak Tin Sang and Karen Chu Yin Ling as executive director.

Mr Mak, 56, will oversee the financial, operational and business development activities of the Group’s companies.

Since 2004 to 2013, he has been chief financial officer and company secretary of Armarda Group. Prior to this, he was CFO of LottVision from 2001 to 2003, according to a Armarda Group report.

For her part, Ms Chu, 42, has been financial controller of Armarda Group from 2009 to 2013.

Before this, she was accounting manager/sales administration manager of LottVision from 2001 to 2009.
