Avaya appoints Francois Lancon APAC president

Business communications solutions Avaya announced the appointment of Francois Lancon as president for Avaya Asia Pacific.

Mr Lancon will have executive responsibilities in business strategy development and business operations for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

Lancon was formerly the president of EMEA and Asia Pacific for Nortel Enterprise Solutions, which was recently acquired by Avaya. Lancon will report to Todd Abbott, Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing & President, Field Operations. Lancon will replace John DiLullo. DiLullo has been transferred to assume an expanded portfolio heading up Canada and Latin America.

In his new role, Lancon will lead the teams responsible for accelerating Avaya’s growth in its Asia Pacific region.
