Currently based in Tokyo, West will relocate to Cisco's Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China headquarters in Singapore.
Meanwhile, Tan is moving back to Singapore after spending three years in the United States, where he was the executive vice president and chief of operations. Tan also held multiple leadership roles in Asia-Pacific, Japan, and Greater China.
