In a release, the Board of Directors of Datapulse Technology Limited announced the appointment of Mr Hee Theng Fong, an independent non-executive director, as the acting non-executive chairman of the Board with effect from 14 October 2013.
Mr Hee is currently the chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
