Digiland International named Shantilall Aatmanand Ramsundersingh as director

He brings in over 25 years of extensive international experience and knowledge about business and project development, industrial/equipment processes, supply chain, utility and financial management.

Digiland International announced the appointment of Shantilall Aatmanand Ramsundersingh as independent non-executive director.

Mr Shantilall Aatmanand Ramsundersingh, 53, will also be a chairman of Renumeration Committee and a member of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee, according to a Digiland International report.

He is a former senior manager with The World Bank Group (Washington DC, USA) and a program director with the UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water and Environment (Delft, The Netherlands). He obtained a Masters' Degree in Infrastructure Engineering at Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands and has been trained at the Harvard Business School (in corporate renewal and change management) and Cambridge University in Sustainable Industrial Leadership.
