ECS Holdings announced the appointment of Teo Chin Kee as company secretary.
Mr Teo, 51, will be in charge of the Corporate secretarial duties of the group.
He is currently associate director, corporate secretarial services at M&C Services Pvt Ltd since July 1994, according to an ECS Holdings report.
