Edward Song Ah Kim steps down as Stratech Systems acting CFO

His service contract has already expired.

Stratech Systems announced the resignation of Edward Song Ah Kim as acting chief financial officer.

Mr Song, 70, was responsible for directing company operations to meet budget and other financial goals; directing short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals; establishing the performance goals, allocating resources and assessing policies for senior management; demonstrating successful execution of business strategies for company products and services; participating in and supporting capital market development; and developing, establishing and directing the execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives, according to a Stratech Systems report.

He was appointed to the post 3 December 2012.
