Her resignation was prompted by the completion of the disposal of subsidiary FDS Networks Group by the Company.
The Board of FDS Network Group announced the resignation of Hui Yin Hung as Executive Director.
Ms Hui, 52, was responsible for management and administration of the Group, according to an FDS Networks report.
She was appointed to the post 15 June 2000.
