IPC Corp names Lien Kait Long as non-executive director

Mr Lien has extensive experience in accounting and finance, corporate management and business investment.

The Board of IPC Corp announced the appointment of Lien Kait Long as non-executive independent director.

Mr Lien, 65, currently serves as an independent director on the Board of several Singapore and Chinese companies listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The listed companies that he has present and prior experience in are from diverse industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, offshore and marine, oil and gas renewable energy and property, textile and food and beverage.

He has held a number of senior management positions as well as executive directorships in various public and private corporations in Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Between March 2004 and March 2006, he was the deputy president of Shenzhen Flink Investment & Development Co., Ltd. China. Prior to that, he was the finance director of PDC Corp. Ltd. between 2002 and 2003, according to an IPC Corp report .
