The Board of Lottivision announced the resignation of Sheridan Yen Shiao Hua as Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Director.
Mr Yen, 56, was tasked to provide guidance to the Group's overall strategy and operations, according to a Lottivision report.
He was appointed to the post 7 November 2005.
