Lottvision announced the resignation of Dennis Li Kin Keung as deputy chairman and executive director.
Mr Li, 62, was responsible for the company's strategic investments, marketing, public relations and investor relations.
He was appointed to the post 17 September 2007, according to a Lottvision report.
