Mr. Sio, 69, was appointed on April 28, 1998. He was member of the Remuneration, Nominating, and Executive Committees.
Mr. Sio has a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) from the National University of Singapore in 1970 and attended the London Business School Senior Management Programme in 1986.
