Santak Holdings Limited has announced that Lee Keen Whye will retire as its non-executive and independent director after its annual general meeting on 30 October.
Lee will step down as chairman of the board and will cease to be a member of the audit, remuneration, sustainability, and nominating committees.
Following Lee's retirement, the group restructured its board of directors, appointing Tan Chee Hawai as the group managing director and executive director.
Ng Weng Yei, Chen Yeow Sin, Tan Sin Hock, and Heng Kheng Hwai will join Tan on the company's board of directors.
