Centra Loft at Geylang holds preview today

Will it sell out like its sister development Centra Heights?

Centra Loft is the latest project from Trident Development, a member of the Fission Group which developed the fully sold Centra Heights at Sims Avenue on April 18 launch.

Sources from Huttons Real Estate Group said that the VIP Preview for the 47-unit freehold apartment at Geylang starts today, July 18, but main launch will only come one or two weeks from now. All units will be released on the launch date.

Centra Loft is an 8-storey residential building at district 14 and is expected to receive top on December 31, 2015. Interested buyers are offered choice of 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom + study/guest, 2-bedroom and Duplex Penthouse suit.

Pricing starts at $498K for a typical one bedroom of around 420 square feet. This translates to an asking price of $1,185.71 per square foot.
