Encouraging sales for MCL Land’s Terrasse continue despite the hungry ghost festival

13 more units were snapped up from Aug 1 to 14, making the 99-year leasehold development in Hougang Avenue 2 now almost 70% sold.

Terrasse now only has 130 remaining units out of the total 414 since first launched last May 21 according to sources from Huttons Real Estate Group.

“Just for the past week [Aug 8-14], 9 units were sold bucking the trend of slower condo take-up during the Hungry Ghost Festival,” according to a marketing agent. The average selling price for the 99-year leasehold project remains at $950 psf.

Complete pricing for homes at Terrasse ranging from 506 sq ft one-bedroom to five-bedroom penthouses of about 2,210 sq ft is as follows:
