La Fiesta will consists of 13 blocks of 15-storey condominium development comprising of 810 units of 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom units including 3- and 4-bedroom dual key apartments with 2 levels of basement carpark.
Singapore Business Review's spotcheck with property agents found that all 1-2, and 5- bedroom units were already sold out.
The company's spokesperson boasts of the following major selling points of La Fiesta:
Conveniently located opposite Sengkang MRT Station, La Fiesta will be directly linked to Compass Point Mall, Sengkang MRT and LRT Station via an existing covered pedestrian overhead bridge. With the covered staircase of the overhead bridge at a mere 3m from the future side gate of La Fiesta, a proposed covered linkway will be built to connect the overhead bridge to the covered linkway within the development providing a seamless link for the future residents of La Fiesta.
Ranging from 431 sq ft for a 1-bedroom unit to 1765 sq ft for a 5-bedroom ground floor unit, there are plenty of choices for upgraders, first timers as well as investors. All units are fitted with European branded kitchen appliances, sanitary wares and fittings. La Fiesta is a festival themed development with full condo facilities include a 50m Main pool, Pool Bar, Clubhouse, Gym, Social pool, Spa Pool, Aqua Gym, Themed gardens, Candlelight Dining Pavilion, Pizzeria and Teppanyaki Pavilion, Kiddie Pool, Water Play Zone, tennis court, IPPT Training facilities, Jogging track etc.
One of the key features of the development amongst the theme gardens is the Millennium Garden. A 1000-years old Olive tree will be transplanted from Spain and sited in the Millennium Garden to create La Fiesta’s very own eco-heritage. In time, La Fiesta will be able to boast of having the oldest tree in a private condominium and possibly in Singapore. Another unique feature of our amenities includes the Dragon Cavern which is the Children’s Playground. Instead of going for a usual playground, we have brought back Singapore rich cultural heritage of a Dragon Head slide which can still be seen in some HDB mature estates. Combining with other modern playground equipment, the Dragon Cavern will evoke the nostalgic feelings of adults while entertaining the children. Lastly, true to the development festival theme, besides the Clubhouse, Candlelight Dining, BBQ, and Pizzeria and Teppanyaki Pavilions, La Fiesta’s tea garden with two 15m long tables are modelled after the tea party of “Alice in Wonderland“ whereby residents can throw garden parties and celebrate life with large groups of friends and loved ones.
