Black Diamond Real Estate Group says the project is a rare freehold mixed development
in Novena/Thomson vicinity.
The 29 -storey One Dusun Residences houses 154 residential units and 76 commercial shops.
Property agents at Black Diamond believe that the project by LVND Homes will sell out for the following strong points:

- Convenience of F&B/ Shops
- Near to Medical Facilities - Thomson Medical Central and Novena Medical Hub
- Accessibility to major highways PIE, CTE and the North-South MRT line
LVND Homes is a joint venture by the Nobel Design Holdings, 2E Capital and Lian Huat Group.
Market observers interviewed by Singapore Business Review also pointed similar strong points except that most complain about the 2bedder rooms that they think are too small.
Residential units are all 2-bedders and no one bedder.
