Prive Executive Condo at Punggol now 98% sold
Only 11 out of the 680 units are left but asking price is quite more expensive now at $717.68 per square foot (psf) than the $660 to $690 psf six months ago.
The remaining units of the property, which was launched December last year, are all two-bedroom units with an average size of 775psf, according to property agents from ERA Real Estate Group. This translates to a selling price of around $556,200.
Market watchers said that the main selling point of this executive condo jointly developed by NTUC Choice Homes and CEL Development is its location near MRT station. Moreover, a deferred payment scheme is available to make it more affordable for home buyers.
Prive is expected to receive Temporary Occupation Permit in 2014.
