
Prices of private home properties inched 0.4% higher in 3Q
Slower increase than previous quarter.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) released today the real estate statistics for 3rd Quarter 2013.
Prices of private residential properties increased by 0.4% in 3rd Quarter 2013, which is lower than the 1.0% increase recorded in 2nd Quarter 2013.
Prices of non-landed properties in the Core Central Region (CCR) declined by 0.3%, after the 0.2% decrease in the previous quarter. In the Rest of Central Region (RCR), prices decreased by 0.9%; this is the first decrease recorded in the region since 1st Quarter 2012.
Prices in the Outside Central Region (OCR) increased by 2.2%, which is lower than the 3.8% increase in theprevious quarter.
Rentals of private residential properties increased by 0.2% in 3rd Quarter 2013, which is lower than the 0.3% increase in 2nd Quarter 2013.
