Private condo rents slipped 6.2% in February
On back of weak rental volume.
Private condominium rents posted a 6.2% year-on-year decline in February, on back of a 5.9% drop in islandwide rental volume.
On a month-on-month basis, islandwide rents fell by a marginal 0.8%, led by a 1.2% decline in CCR rents and a 1.5% slip in RCR rents. The rents in OCR stayed unchanged from January.
An estimated 2,586 Non-landed Private Residential units were rented in February 2015, a 25.8% decrease from 3,487 units rented in January 2015.
