Allgreen Properties to release Phase 2G of Pavilion Park

The project off Bukit Batok Road will comprise 552 units once fully completed.

Mr. Yong Voon Chen, Director of Sales and Marketing for Allgreen Properties, said, “To date 432 units have been released for sale, of which 430 units have been sold. The strong response at the various launch stages underpins buyers’ strong demand for landed housing. I am confident the units to be offered will be taken up fairly quickly.”

Phase 2G comprises 29 three-storey terraces of which only nine units will be initially released for sale next weekend, according to Joseph Tan, Executive Director, Residential of CBRE.

The remaining 20 units will be made available for sale at a later date.

The indicative expected selling price for a corner terrace, which has approximate land area of 2350 sq ft, is around $2.95m. Meanwhile the intermediate terrace, with land area between 1700 sq ft and 1800 sq ft, has indicative expected selling price at around $2.45m.

Pavilion Park is an estate in perpetuity (freehold), and TOP for Phase 2G is expected by December 2014.
