Aspial’s penthouse project becomes most costly flat ever sold in Australia
It was sold for $25m.
Aspial Corporation reported that a penthouse unit in its Australia 108 development has broken the record for the most expensive apartment ever sold in the continent.
The penthouse was sold for $25m to an undisclosed international businessman based in China.
The project has raised the bar for price per square metre in Melbourne, with the apartment costing more than $33,000 per square metre.
