Bedok South Avenue 3 tender receives top bid of $345.9 million

How close was the race between the highest bid and the second-ranked bid?

Of the seven bidding groups, the consortium made up of F.E. Lakeside Pte. Ltd., FCL Topaz Pte. Ltd. and Sekisui House Singapore Pte. Ltd. placed first with their $345.9 million bid.

This results in a tendered sale price of $5,760.24 psm for the gross floor area of 60,154 sqm.

Not far behind was UVD Pte. Ltd with a bid submission of $340.8 million. Kingsford Development Pte Ltd came at third with roughly $301.15 million.

The placed bids were announced in the tender closing release from the Urban Redevelopment Authority, with the tender award to be announced at a future date.
