CapitaLand has 3 new subsidiaries

All were incorporated in Singapore.

CapitaLand Limited announced the establishment of the following wholly-owned subsidiaries as part of its ongoing business development: Allamanda Realty Pte. Ltd.; Allamanda Residential Investments Pte. Ltd.; and Allamanda Residential Development Pte. Ltd.

The three new subsidiaries each has a share capital of S$1 comprising one ordinary share. Principal activity of Allamanda Realty and Allamanda Residential Investments will be investment holding, while Allamanda Residential Development will be involved in property development.

The announcement said the establishment of the subsidiaries is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the CapitaLand Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.
