The developer outbid 11 others with its $180m tendered price.
The 18,699.4 sqm land parcel, offered for sale on a 99-year lease term, will have a maximum permissible gross floor area of 39,269 sqm with condominium/flats as allowable development.
The tender for the residential site was launched on 15 September 2011 and closed on 24 November 2011.
