Chip Eng Seng Contractors bags $137.73m contract from HDB

The deal involves building works at Bukit Panjang Neighbourhood 4 Contract 15.

The Board of Directors of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd announced that the company’s wholly owned subsidiary Chip Eng Seng Contractors has been awarded the $137.73 million contract by the Housing & Development Board.

According to the announcement, the contract comprises of the construction of 7 blocks of residential buildings with 862 dwelling units and other community facilities.

The construction period is approximately 33 months.
