City Developments launches The Rainforest

Units begin from $601,000 for a 2-bedroom plus study unit and reach up to S$896,000 for a 4-bedroom unit. There is also a mid-priced 3-bedroom unit at $688,000.
CDL said the 466-unit lots are targeted to upgraders and investors looking to sell after five to 10 years.
The Rainforest is a partnership between CDL and TID Pte Ltd, a joint venture between Hong Leong Group and Mitsui Fudosan.
CDL claims that The Rainforest, which is a short walk from Choa Chu Kang MRT station and Lot One Shoppers' Mall, has a coveted location that will help sell units fast.
CDL pointed to the brisk sales of its 602-unit Blossom Residences in nearby Bukit Panjang, now 80% sold.
