Highest bid was $438.9m.
According to a release, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the residential site at Jurong West Street 41 (Parcel A).
The site at Jurong West Street 41 (Parcel A) was launched for public tender on 15 November 2012. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
It attracted 12 bids, the highest of which is from MCL Land (Prestige) Pte. Ltd. amounting to $438.9m. Its bid was followed by Secure Development, Acresvale Investment, and a joint bid by FCL Topaz Pte. Ltd., Far East Orchard Limited and Sekisui House, Ltd.
