Hong Leong's Midwood lures 3,500 visitors in weekend preview
Most visitors came from farther landed enclaves like Bukit Batok.
Hong Leong’s Midwood condominium saw more than 3,500 visitors over its first preview weekend, according to a press release.
According to Betsy Chng, Hong Leong Holdings head of sales and marketing, there were a lot of visitors from farther landed residential enclaves like Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang and Choa Chu Kang as well as those in the neighbouring areas.
“We are also seeing a lot of young families with little kids, which is not surprising considering the convenience of a childcare centre which will be built on-site,” Chng added.
The 564-unit, 99-year lease development comes in configurations ranging from 484 sqft for one bedroom to 1,259 sqft for a four bedroom. Early-bird prices start at $750,000 for a one bedder, $1.015m for a two bedder, $1.420m for a three bedder, and $1.999m for a four bedder.
Midwood is close to Hillview MRT Station on the Downtown line, and minutes from the Bukit Timah Expressway and Pan Island Expressway by car. It also sits right in the close vicinity of nature enclaves such as Little Guilin, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Bukit Batok Nature Park and Dairy Farm Nature Park.
Expected TOP for Midwood is September 2022.
