MCC Land's Swiss-designed The Alps Residences launches on Saturday

626 units will be open for preview..

MCC Land (Singapore) today announced 626-unit The Alps Residences at Tampines Street 86 will open for preview this coming Saturday, September 24.

The property, composed of nine residential towers, engaged Switzerland-based architectural firm to create a tropical home with Alpine inflections.

The Alps Residences has a total of 30 facilities which also include Children’s Swimming Pool, BBQ Pavilion, Jacuzzi, Gym, Floral Alley, Spring Garden, Summer Garden, Jogging Path, Fitness Corner and Community Gardening.

In addition, five towers will have Roof Terraces which provide elevated green spaces for recreation. There are also underground carparking lots for easy access as well as 104 bicycle parking lots for residents to encourage and facilitate cycling as a form of exercise and mode of transport.
