The sale is by public tender and will close on December 5.
A residential development site at 62 Florence Road off Upper Serangoon Road is up for sale through a public tender for $13.5m, according to a press release.
With a land area of approximately 15,871 sqft, the site is zoned for residential use with a plot ratio of 1.4. This will have an estimated development charge of $3.7m subject to the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s confirmation.
The sale will close on December 5.
