Soilbuild secures two contracts worth $13m

The projects will commence in the last quarter of 2016.

In line with its goal to further expand its portfolio, Singapore mainboard-listed Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. has successfully secured two projects through its subsidiaries.

The contract awarded to SB (Westcove) Investment Pte. Ltd is for the proposed erection of three units of two-storey detached dwelling houses with basement and attic at 28 Wilkinson Road with a contract price at $7.7 million.

Meanwhile, the contract secured by SB (Westpoint) Investment Pte. Ltd. is for the construction of two units of two-storey detached dwelling houses with basement and attic at 40 Wilkinson Road. This has a contract sum of around $5.4 million.

The group said these projects is set to commence in the 4Q16 and will be completed within 19 months.
