URA launches 2 sites with potential yield of 410 housing units

The residential sites are at Upper Serangoon Road / Pheng Geck Avenue (Parcel A) and Serangoon Garden Way.

The land parcel at Upper Serangoon Road / Pheng Geck Avenue (Parcel A) has a site area of about 0.87 ha and can potentially yield about 330 housing units. It is located next to Potong Pasir Town and Potong Pasir MRT station.

Meanwhile the 2.84 ha land parcel at Serangoon Garden Way is within the established landed housing estate at Serangoon Garden and can potentially yield about 80 landed housing units. It is easily accessible via major roads and expressways such as the Central Expressway.

The sites are launched for sale under the Confirmed List of the 1st Half 2011 (1H2011) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
