91% of Luxus Hills development sold during weekend preview
Thirty-two homes were sold by Friday, prompting the developer to release the remaining 46 homes for sale.
Seventy-one out of the 78 units or 91% of Bukit Sembawang Estates’ Luxus Hills (Signature Collection) were sold over its weekend preview, an announcement revealed.
All 32 homes launched during the preview were sold by Friday morning, prompting the developer to release the remaining 46 homes for sale over Friday and Saturday.
The homes carry a price tag between $3.058m to $4.2m.
“Our flexible payment schemes with the option for immediate occupancy also proved popular with buyers who could then comfortably plan their move-in and financing timelines,” commented Ho Jenny, general manager for marketing at Bukit Sembawang Estates, on the market response to the preview.
Accordingly, 75% of buyers opted for a flexible deferred payment scheme. Furthermore, 76% of buyers were aged between 30 to 60 years old; whilst the majority of the buyers were reportedly living in the nearby districts of D19 and D28.
One of the buyers, Mr. Yeo, was quoted saying that they chose the development because the place is a familiar area to their family.
