
Amber Park sold over three fourths of units for $240m in weekend launch
The early bird average selling price was at $2,425 psf.
The 592-unit Amber Park sold 115 units or 77% of the 150 released at its weekend launch, which amounted to total sales of over $240m.
The sold units, according to City Developments Limited and Hong Realty, had an early bird average selling price (ASP) of $2,425 psf. About 85% of the buyers were Singaporeans, whilst the remaining were foreigners mainly from China, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and others.
Unit sizes range from 463 sqft for a one-bedroom plus study to 5,005 sqft for the largest six-bedroom plus study penthouse.
Early-bird prices start from $1.09m for a one-bedroom plus study apartment, $1.61m for a two-bedroom plus study, $1.63m for a two-bedroom, $2.18m for a three-bedroom, $3.07m for a four-bedroom plus study, $3.44m for a four-bedroom and $4.98m for a five-bedroom premium.
