Ascott launches first co-living property in one-north Singapore
A new range of collaborative social spaces will make up the structure.
The Ascott Limited revealed its first co-living property as a part of one-north, Singapore’s research and innovation hub.
324 units make up the development, catering to the hospitality and coliving needs of start-ups and the development of the district through its experiential programme and placemaking activities.
Two towers connected via a link bridge are present in the property, with the seven-floor property being designed by a local architecture firm, WOHA. Social spaces and facilities, and features focused on the promotion of bonding and community-building, will also be present.

Lyf one-north Singapore is currently the second lyf-branded co-living property in Singapore, following the opening of lyf Funan Singapore in 2019. It is also the first of two lyf-branded coliving properties to open in Singapore this year.
