The development is a joint venture between CLD, Mitsubishi Estate, and Far East Organization.
CapitaLand Development (CLD) has launched the third and final phase of its Lumi Hanoi project, with 678 of the 697 units sold on the launch day, 5 October.
This follows the strong performance of Lumi Hanoi’s Phase 1 and 2 launches, where over 3,100 units were sold. Overall, the development has achieved 99% sales, with 3,921 out of 3,950 units sold, including all two- and three-bedroom units.
The development is part of CLD’s plan to add 11,000 residential units in the next five years, targeting a total of 27,000 residential units in Vietnam by 2028. With the inclusion of Lumi Hanoi, CLD’s portfolio in Vietnam now comprises over 18,000 homes across 18 developments.
Lumi Hanoi is a joint venture between CLD, Mitsubishi Estate, and Far East Organization. Located in the west of Hanoi, it offers easy access to amenities and major transport routes, including a 20-minute drive to the central business district and a 40-minute drive to Noi Bai International Airport.
