CapitaLand-led consortium bids $5.39m for Holland Drive plot

The consortium aims to build two 40-storey condo towers on the site.

The consortium comprising CapitaLand Development (35%), UOL (35%), SingLand (20%), and Kheng Leong (10%) submitted the highest bid of $5.39m for the Holland Drive plot.

If awarded the tender, the consortium plans to develop two 40-storey condominium towers with 680 units.

The site is located in prime District 10 and is a 5-minute walk from Holland Village MRT station. It is also close to the cluster of Good Class Bungalow areas along North Buona Vista Road and Holland Road. 

It is also near the Holland Village Market & Food Centre and schools such as Nanyang Primary School, Henry Park Primary School, and Fairfield Methodist School Primary.
